Thanksgiving Menu Update-- looking good!



As of Sunday  1pm, 11/21:


Snacks Before:
  • VT cheese (Kesha and Ol)
  • Nantucket specialty (Bam)
  • NY cheese and bread (Peter)

Main Meal:
  • stuffed delicata squash (maybe with goat cheese and apples a la Shelburne Farms) (Jill)
  • Vermont cranberries with honey or maple syrup for SAUCE (Jill)
  • Great Harvest nongluten bread (Jill); bread (Peter)
  • fennel gratin (Jen&B)
  • sweet potato casserole (Jen&B)
  • brussels and green beans fr.Wilson farms  (Joan&C)
  • salads/raw dish (Jemma & Barney)
  • mashed potatoes (Jaymie)
  • turkey and stuffing (Jaymie)
  • rolls (Nini)
    Desserts
    • 2 Verrill Farm pies (Domenique)
    • TBD/not a pie (Craig)
    • Pumpkin pie with candied nuts/ginger topping (Bryn/Jaymie)
    Beverages
    • 1/2 gal Shelburne Orchard Ginger Cider (Jill)
    • Wine (Peter)
    • Cider, seltzer, beer and various (Nini & Bam)
    MOM:  cash contribution to fill in the gaps
