We started with the Solstice Breakfast in Amherst. I think I've been doing it for 10-12 years! This year, Friday before Christmas, Jenny and Joan made the trek out and it was great to have them. I made a Italian chard egg/cheese torte that is a recipe I should share.
Saturday morning, Bryn, Mike and I drove to Brooklyn in time to meet Nina at 215 Carleton Ave, Brooklyn, new home of Bryn Chernoff and Tim Yu, formerly of Seoul and various beaches in SE Asia. We strolled around the neighborhood, then moved to opening presents..... Nina opened her gift from G'Mom first. She'll do her own report but I have the photo... it went up to the top of the page, alas, but you'll recognize Nina.
